A tent of truly mammoth proportions, the 8 man Diablo II 850XL Air is back, and despite being one of the largest tents in the Vango range, it is still quick and easy to pitch using AirBeam® technology. A podded layout featuring 3 separate sleeping areas means that the Diablo is well equipped to suit large families or groups alike, looking for a comfortable camping adventure.
Inside there is plenty of room for relaxation, including a double section living area and built-in front awning providing extra enclosed space for socialising or storage. Complimenting the robust Sentinel Dura flysheet, pre-angled SuperBeams provide a strong and rigid structure with a generous full standing height and greater internal space. There are plenty of large windows found to the front of the tent, providing a great vista, with toggled curtains catering for privacy or shade when preferred.
Sleeping is comfortable too, with a 70cm per person sleeping area offering plenty of space for your bedside table and more. Midnight darkened fabric blocks out early morning light to aid a better night’s sleep, whilst the bedrooms feature a wider opening and a no-step over design for clear unimpeded access.
Ventilation is good, with the Diablo featuring a full mesh door and AirZone panel increasing comfortable airflow into the living space, whilst keeping out bugs. Peace of mind performance during adverse weather conditions is provided in the form of secure guying at the front and rear of the tent with storm anchors.
Other useful features include the excellent SkyTrack II® system, offering flexible attachment of optional lighting or sky storage accessories and two cable entry points, allowing you to neatly feed electrical cables into your tent, keeping your camping appliances powered.
