The WINDSTOPPER by GORE-TEX LABS shell is totally windproof and exceptionally weatherproof, perfect for mountaineering in damp and cold conditions. This combines with PrimaLoft Gold Ultra synthetic insulation for exceptional warmth. The insulation utilises Cross Core aerogel technology, making it highly thermal efficient even when wet. It is lightweight, fast-drying, and retains its loft after regular packing and unpacking. It comes with a stuff sack for convenient storage. The Mountain HC hood is fully adjustable and can be worn over a climbing helmet, with a stiffened visor to maintain your field of vision when wearing goggles. The fit is specifically designed to be worn over all other layers and there are large, accessible zipped hand pockets for storage. An inner zipped pocket is large enough for a smartphone, and the inner mesh drop pocket makes the ideal spot for gloves.
