Designed for mountaineering and mountain walking, but the thought and care that has gone into the design makes it a great all rounder. It’s tough and lightweight, made from a range of innovative and durable materials. The moulded part of the pack that fits against your back is made of mesh with ventilation channels to help keep you cool. The articulated hip fins and integrated waist belt help to ensure most of the weight is carried on you hips rather than your shoulders and the click and go chest harness keeps the pack in place so you are stable on uneven ground. The storage includes a buddy pocket for front access while you are on the move, stretch side panels, an external storm flap and an internal key clip. There are baguette pockets on each side for items like water bottles, hats, gloves, poles and rolled up jackets. There are even small zip pockets on the hip fins for things like a phone or snacks. And there are pockets and openings for water bladders. On the outside are tool attachment points for a walking pole and ice axe which can be locked down.
